# KCI Events

KCI (Keep Customer Informed) events are notifications sent to keep you updated on the status and progress of your orders. Each event includes a reasonCode that describes the type of update.

Note: KCI events use reason codes to communicate the status and progress of orders.

# KCI Reason Codes

Reason Code Description
ACKNOWLEDGED The order has been acknowledged but not committed yet
ADDITIONAL Supplier is flagging that new information has been provided
AMENDED Supplier has accepted and applied the requested order amendment
AMENDMENT_REJECTED Tenant has previously sent an amendment request that has been rejected
CANCELLATION_REJECTED Tenant has previously sent a cancellation request that has been rejected
CANCELLED Supplier has cancelled the order
COMMITTED The order has been committed
COMPLETED The order is complete
DELAY There is a problem causing a delay
INFORMATION_REQUIRED Tenant must pass an amend order request with the specified additional information
ORDER_REJECTED The order has been rejected
REAPPOINT Tenant must reserve a new appointment and pass an amend order request with the new reservation id
REAPPOINTED Supplier has arranged a new appointment date
RESUMED The problem has been resolved without impact on target date
UPDATE Supplier has updated the order
WARNING There is a (potential) problem that is not causing a delay yet
